Configuration
Every key in anyka_rust/camera.conf and what happens to it on first boot.
anyka_rust/camera.conf is a POSIX shell file sourced by BusyBox sh. Quote any
value with spaces or shell characters in single quotes:
wifi_password='my pass;word'. Start from camera.conf.example, which is in
every release.
camera.conf holds secrets until first boot. Never commit it or share a card
image that contains one.
Stack
| Key | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
run_rust | 1 | 1 = Factory/config.sh starts the Rust stack. 0 = run the legacy anyka_happy scripts instead. |
start_telnetd | 1 | Unauthenticated root shell on port 23 — the way back in if sshd fails. Turn it off once SSH works. |
stop_vendor_ipc | 1 | Stop the vendor app (/ipc/ipc, anyka_ipc) before starting, so the watchdog, ISP and ADC are free. |
log_level | info | tracing filter for every service, e.g. info,supervisor=debug. |
metrics | empty | textfile:<dir> writes <service>.prom files for node_exporter. Empty disables metrics. |
Wi-Fi
Handled by the supervised wifi service, which re-reads the file every 10 s.
| Key | Meaning |
|---|---|
wifi_ssid | Empty keeps the network the camera already uses; wifi only keeps it associated. Set it to move to another network. |
wifi_password | WPA passphrase, 8–63 characters. |
When you change networks, the old configuration is backed up to backup/. If the
new one does not come up, the camera rolls back to the last network it saw
working and retries the new one after 30 minutes.
Accounts
| Key | Default | Stored after first boot |
|---|---|---|
ssh_user / ssh_password | root / — | PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 hash in etc/anyka-sshd.passwd; the password line is blanked. |
web_admin_user / web_admin_password | admin / — | PBKDF2 hash in etc/web-users as an admin; more users are managed from the UI. |
onvif_user / onvif_password | admin / — | Plaintext user:password in etc/onvif.secret (mode 0600), because ONVIF PasswordDigest needs the password itself. |
onvif does not start without a password, and onvif_user must not contain :.
Changing a password later
- SSH: delete
etc/anyka-sshd.passwd, setssh_password, reboot. - Web: delete
etc/web-users, setweb_admin_password, reboot. Deletingetc/web-jwt.keylogs every session out. - ONVIF: change it on the web UI's settings page, or delete
etc/onvif.secret, setonvif_passwordand reboot.
Services
Which services run, their arguments and restart policy live in
anyka_rust/supervisor.toml. See Services.
